"I have taken this for 4 days now. The first and second days were difficult; I took them prior to breakfast and eating, which resulted in nausea. My husband recommended taking them after I had more food in my stomach and since evenings are my hardest times to not eat, it only made sense to take it after lunch. I now just take one pill after lunch. It does make me a little anxious and makes my head feel light, but my husband (who played college football) said that it takes up to 2 weeks for the initial side-effects to diminish, so I’m going to keep giving it a try. I do notice much improved work-outs; I feel like I could work out longer at a higher intensity. I also noticed decreased appetite."
