no bad feelings
"I am in my first week, and I feel great! Doesn’t make me feel sick or any bad feelings. I don’t work out, my job does that for me, lol. I do see that I’m not getting those afternoon goodie attacks. Which is a very good sign. I believe that for the people not saying good things about this product, you must remember, everyone is different and certain diets are not for everyone. So maybe this wasn’t for you. I can’t wait to see what the next couple of weeks bring. Thanks a bunch!"

this will not disappoint you
"It has been three weeks since I started and to say the least, I absolutely love it. I have lost 8lbs. Five of those pounds was water weight, and the other 3 were actual lbs of fat. I work out 4 times a week for 45min. I have had a ton of energy and my appetite has decreased tremendously. I am very anxious to see what I look like in the next couple of weeks. I will keep you posted. My goal is to lose 25-30 lbs all together, but definitely at least 15 solid lbs by the end of next month.“

The banana diet is 1 of the best and easiest ways to help boost your weight loss efforts. It appears there are many versions of this diet... and I also have a version of this diet. A lot of the other versions of this diet just seem plain silly and not very practical. Here is a user friendly version that will slow, steady weight loss. This is not an extreme diet, as you may think.
You may think that the banana diet is eating just bananas all day. Wrong! Of course this is not very practical or smart. There is only one main rule to this diet and another general rule..
1: 1-2 bananas before each meal ... Eat at least three times a day.
Very simple, right? Not too much thinking. When you eat, you will eat 1-2 bananas before your meal. Practical, simple, healthy and not to remember much.
Eat 2 bananas before breakfast. Before lunch, eat 2 bananas. Before dinner, eat a banana. So you eat 5 total bananas a day.
2: Eat what you want for meals.
This rule is simple ... Eat what you want as long as you eat 2 bananas before breakfast, 2 bananas before lunch and one banana before dinner. Obviously eating healthier than normal to help your weight loss efforts even more, but would it not 100% necessary.
Bonus Rule: You can replace 1 banana with an apple before breakfast and lunch.
As already mentioned, you can replace with a banana an apple before breakfast and lunch. It is possible to relieve boredom. Nothing more.
I honestly do not know how much weight you lose on this, or other diets that use bananas, however, you notice a steady weight loss. It will not be extremely fast, so if that's what you're looking for tips ... forget the banana diet.
If you're sick and tired of getting the same old boring weight loss advice ... You know, like "Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water, long, jogging, and blah blah blah", then ...
